Coco
Age:5Breed: Terrier Mix
Gender: Male
Weight: 39lbs
Coco is a playful, sassy, and silly guy with a heart full of love. Born on the streets of Acapulco, Mexico, he faced a life-changing accident in 2022 when he was hit by a car, resulting in the loss of his tail and temporary paralysis in his hind legs. Thanks to his incredible care, Coco has fully regained his mobility and now runs, plays, and enjoys life to the fullest — though he does have lifelong incontinence and requires special care with his diaper schedule.
Coco is a social butterfly with female dogs and can coexist with male dogs given a slow introduction. He’s lived with cats and kids of all ages and adapts well to respectful households.
Smart, food-motivated, and very trainable, Coco is both affectionate and independent. He loves stuffed toys, romping with dog friends, chasing birds at the beach, sunbathing, and his daily “yappy hour” at 5 pm when he goes full goofball mode. Fun fact: he’s even lived with goats before!
Coco is ready to find his forever home with someone who appreciates his silly side, playful energy, and unwavering loyalty.
We are helping our friends at The Animal Pad in finding a new home for Coco. Please let us know if you are interested!
