You should only adopt Cooper if you like really sweet, easy, quiet little dogs. If you are looking for a pup that is not potty trained, bad with other animals, and terrible on a leash, then I’m sorry but Cooper is not your guy. I know what you’re thinking… oh man, who’s going to want a dog that’s this perfect?? Well we’re optimistic that his person is out there.
Sarcasm aside, Cooper really is that perfect. Gentle, calm, easy going, house trained (mostly), crate trained, good in the car, loves his food, he’s the best! He also does the cutest thing when he goes up and down curbs and steps he takes a BIG leap to show off his athleticism!
Cooper was originally found as a stray and is now a fan favorite with our medical team. He only eats soft food because he’s lacking in the teeth department. And he will need to be on meds for life for his heart. They cost about $80/month at our vet and we can go over all the details with you. It’s also very important that he receives a daily dose of love and cuddles. Doctor’s orders!!
