Rift is a very special little fellow who loves everyone he meets! He’s a super happy-go-lucky guy who gives lots of kisses and will make sure you always feel loved.
Rift was surrendered by his old owner because they felt like his environmental allergies were too much to deal with. But since then, we’ve already seen tremendous improvement with a new diet and medicated baths!
We have also noticed that because his dry eyes were not being treated properly before, he is now partially blind. Luckily his eye issues are manageable with some medicine. His partial blindness has made him a little more nervous around dogs that are too energetic or get in his face, so he will do best in a home without other dogs.
Rift loves to go walks and is happiest when cuddling or napping next to his favorite person. He just wants to feel safe and loved, and he promises he’ll return the love tenfold!
