Found as a stray, she arrived understandably frightened, with her tail tucked, heavy panting, and unsure of being handled. But every day, she takes another small step forward, and watching her confidence grow is truly special.

Sunny is a quiet little lady who hasn’t barked or whined once. She’s happiest curled up napping for most of the day, making her the perfect companion for someone who enjoys a peaceful home. While she’s still learning to trust, she’s recently discovered just how wonderful ear scratches can be—and now she’ll even lean in to ask for more.

She loves being close to her people. Place her beside you on the couch or lift her onto the bed, and she’ll happily settle in, soaking up the comfort of simply being near someone who cares.

Sunny also has a healthy appetite and never misses a meal. She’s fully potty trained, patiently waiting to go outside without accidents or needing pee pads.
